Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of a booked appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee to ensure that our massage therapist’s time is respected and that we can accommodate other clients waiting for an available appointment slot.

Any modifications or cancellations to appointments booked the same day must be made within 1 hour after booking, or the cancellation charge policy applies. Cancellations must be done thru a PHONE CALL. Please note that texts or emails will NOT be accepted.
